Make A Scene: Christmas

App Description

Give your children the bumper Christmas edition of ‘Make a Scene’, and allow them to have fun making snowy scenes, decorating the tree, and playing with the elves.

Make A Scene Christmas is a fun interactive game that engages children’s natural sense of creativity. It is aimed primarily at pre-school age children, but will provide hours of entertainment for children (and adults!) of all ages. Helping to develop vocabulary, fine motor skills, co-ordination and creative thinking, Make A Scene offers a great way for your child to play and learn at the
same time.

The game features typical items from the festive period such as Christmas characters, decorations, presents, toys and much more. By dragging and dropping these digital, animated ‘stickers’ onto the different backgrounds available, your child can create a large number of unique scenes. A clear voice-over reads the name of each item aloud, and is accompanied by fun animations and sound effects where possible.

Make a Scene recreates the popular ‘fuzzy felts’ and sticker books in an interactive digital product.

“This is a great application and will keep younger kids very happy. This is a very timely app to get in the run up to Christmas. My kids loved it, even my son who is eight. Even I enjoyed using this app. The foreground and backgrounds are a nice touch. Basically, if you have young kids you need to get this app.”

“Good educational value (when you grab a sticker the name of the animal/object will be read out: ‘reindeer’, ‘elves dancing’ etc.)”

Multi touch support

Are your children always fighting over the tablet/phone? We have added multi-touch to our apps so that children can add or move multiple stickers. Great for playing along with your children or allowing multiple children to play simultaneously without arguments about whose turn it is! Our aim is to give you, the parents, some peace and quiet while your children have fun and learn at the same time.

Social integration

As parents, we’ve all been there… your child has created a work of art and you would love to proudly display it on facebook or simply send copies to family. This is of course difficult without getting the camera, scanner or photocopier out! With Make A Scene, once your child has created their masterpiece, at the click of a button, you can share it with friends & family via facebook, twitter or email.

Retina graphics support

Make the most of your shiny new ipad retina display! Our apps now support high quality vector graphics for retina devices. Not a pixel in sight!

I love this app. I use it all the time. It works well and fast with other apps from HP. One of the best, and must haves for the TouchPad.
